Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using MaxCut, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Usage license

Blue Horizons LTDA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MaxCut on your devices, for personal or professional purposes of creating cutting plans. All intellectual property rights in the app remain with Blue Horizons LTDA.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

MaxCut is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular: cutting plans and yield calculations are estimates and must be checked by you before you cut any material. Always double-check the dimensions, the saw blade thickness, and the actual condition of the material. Blue Horizons LTDA does not warrant that the app will be error-free or available without interruption.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Horizons LTDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages — including wasted material, lost profits, or losses arising from cuts made based on the app's results.

6. Third-party services

MaxCut uses Google Firebase services for app diagnostics and improvement. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the availability of the app at our discretion.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Belo Horizonte – MG are hereby elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
